Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

What you'll do

• Build features end to end: React/Angular front ends, Java Spring Boot services, PostgreSQL data models
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs securely
• Turn mockups into responsive, Section 508-accessible user interfaces
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Use AI-assisted development tools (Gemini CLI) under the team's review standards

Required

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DHS/CBP Public Trust; must live in the DC/MD/VA area
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience
• React and/or Angular plus Java back-end development
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL) and REST API experience

Nice to have

• AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD
• AI-assisted development exposure (Gemini, Copilot)
• Federal or DHS program experience

Pay and benefits

$135,000 - $156,000 per year depending on experience and clearance status. Full-time W-2 role with health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid federal holidays.
