Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

That is why we are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) who enjoys solving complex problems, building high-impact products, and actively participating in the technical decisions of a constantly evolving platform.

Working hand in hand with Product, UX/UI, and the technology team, you will design, develop, and implement new features within our product ecosystem, participating in both frontend and backend development.

What You'll Do:

• Develop new features for both Frontend and Backend.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs.
• Integrate internal services and third-party platforms.
• Participate in the technical design and architectural evolution of our products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and UX Designers to transform requirements into functional solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Ensure best practices in development, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within the platform.

Requirements:

• Four (4) or more years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, developing modern web applications.
• Proficiency in React and/or Next.js.
• Experience developing APIs with Node.js.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of architecture, security, and performance best practices.
• Experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Nice to Have (Will be a Plus):

• Experience in the logistics sector, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience developing products for the financial sector (Fintech, Banking, or Payments).
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging.
• Experience working on SaaS platforms or B2B products.
