As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in modernizing legacy applications and driving the shift to scalable, high‑performance Microsoft-based systems. Your expertise will help accelerate a multi-year modernization roadmap and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.

Detailed Job Description

You will join a dynamic engineering team responsible for modernizing legacy platforms and migrating core business applications into a robust .NET Core ecosystem. Working alongside architects, senior engineers, and project leads, you will contribute to full‑stack development, system enhancement, backend optimisation, and migration of existing Java‑based components into Microsoft technologies. This role offers significant exposure to large‑scale enterprise environments and end‑to‑end transformation cycles. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable solutions that drive operational excellence. Senior candidates will have the opportunity to lead migration workstreams and guide technical direction.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full‑stack applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core
• Participate in enterprise application migration and modernization initiatives
• Translate legacy system functionalities into scalable, modern architecture
• Work with cross‑functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy solutions
• Contribute to backend API development, integration, and performance tuning
• Support documentation, technical specifications, and system improvement plans
• For senior roles: Lead migration workstreams and mentor junior developers

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Hands‑on experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, .NET Core)
• Experience with system enhancement, modernization, or legacy transformation
• Exposure to large‑scale or enterprise migration projects
• Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficiency in full‑stack development and API integration
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in structured project environments
• For mid/senior levels: Proven Java‑to-.NET migration experience

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
