- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience in Java and Python
- Solid understanding of modern engineering practices: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD
- Proven experience with Spring Framework
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-streaming technologies
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Exposure to JavaScript/Vue.js for front-end development
- Experience with Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or Data Science
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, LangChain, or LangGraph
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture principles
