Full-Stack Developer (.NET & Angular)

What are we looking for?

PECB is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable web applications built with .NET on the backend and Angular on the frontend. Owning features end to end -from database and API design through to the user interface — this role will work closely with our product, QA, DevOps, and design teams throughout the full software development lifecycle to deliver secure, High-quality, and high-performing solutions across PECB’s platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features end to end — from the Angular frontend through .NET services to the database layer.
  
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core.
  
• Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
  
• Design, implement, and optimize database structures and queries using SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
  
• Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into well-structured, functional solutions.
  
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following SOLID principles and established coding standards.
  
• Develop unit and integration tests, and participate actively in code reviews.
  
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications across the full stack.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in development and production environments.
  
• Work within an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
  
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, DevOps, and design teams to deliver features on time and to a high standard.
  
• Document technical solutions, APIs, and development processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
  
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core)
  
• Solid experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS
  
• Good understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and versioning
  
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) and writing efficient Queries
  
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
  
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns
  
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine/Karma)
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills Bonus: Familiarity with micro services architecture or message queues
