Full-Stack Developer (.NET) (Full WFO)
Summary
Designs, builds, and maintains web applications end to end — modern front-end interfaces, ASP.NET Core back-end services, RESTful APIs, and SQL/PostgreSQL databases. Fully on-site (WFO) role in Indonesia, collaborating with Product, UI/UX, QA, and Infrastructure.
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (.NET) to design, develop, maintain, and improve web applications across both front-end and back-end environments.
You will work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that support business and operational needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Developer.
Proficient in .NET / ASP.NET Core and RESTful APIs.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and relational databases/SQL; PostgreSQL is a plus.
Familiar with Git and software development lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
Build, maintain, and optimize back-end services, APIs, and application logic using .NET / ASP.NET Core.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems.
Design, develop, and maintain database structures, queries, and data models.
Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across front-end, back-end, API, and database layers.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and development best practices.
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support application deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in development and production environments.
