We are seeking a versatile, hands-on
Full Stack Developer
to join our engineering team. In this role, you will build, scale, and maintain applications across mobile, web, backend APIs, enterprise system integrations, and relational databases. You should be a true end-to-end troubleshooter who is comfortable investigating and resolving issues across every layer of the software stack. You will also leverage modern AI-assisted tools like
GitHub Copilot
to accelerate development, improve code quality, and deliver reliable enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities
Mobile & Web Development:
Develop, enhance, and support cross-platform mobile applications using
Flutter / Dart
and responsive web applications using
ReactJS . Backend Services & APIs:
Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs using
.NET / C# . Database & Integrations:
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers on
Microsoft SQL Server
and/or
Oracle ; build and maintain robust enterprise system and API integrations. Full-Stack Troubleshooting:
Perform end-to-end root-cause analysis and debugging across frontend, backend, integration, and database layers. Code Quality & Best Practices:
Write maintainable, reusable, clean, and testable code while participating actively in peer code reviews, testing, and technical architectural discussions. AI-Assisted Engineering:
Utilize
GitHub Copilot
or similar AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding, refactoring, and debugging workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Skills & Qualifications

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end across full application stacks. Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
DevOps & Cloud:
Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated build and deployment processes. Enterprise Features:
Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) patterns, OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect authentication/authorization standards. Dual Database Experience:
