Full Stack Developer (.Net, TypeScript, React.js)

Summary

Builds full-stack web apps using C#/.NET on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend, focusing on scalable, accessible interfaces and RESTful integrations.

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React to build scalable, high‑quality web applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full stack, follows modern development best practices, and collaborates effectively with cross‑functional teams. Exposure to web accessibility (ADA / WCAG) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#/.NET on the backend and React.js (TypeScript) on the frontend.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external services.
  • Implement responsive, performant, and maintainable UI components.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high‑quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize existing systems for scalability, performance, and security.

Accessibility (Preferred / Optional)

  • Apply accessibility best practices (ADA / WCAG) to front‑end development where applicable.
  • Implement semantic HTML, appropriate ARIA attributes, keyboard navigation, and focus management when required.
  • Collaborate with QA and UX teams to address accessibility feedback or defects.
  • Use accessibility testing tools such as axe DevTools, WAVE, or Siteimprove (if familiar).
  • Contribute to improving accessibility awareness within the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong experience with:
  • C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+
  • TypeScript
  • React.js and modern React patterns (hooks, context API, reusable components)
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and modern UI development.
  • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Strong problem‑solving, debugging, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have)

  • Exposure to web accessibility standards (ADA / WCAG 2.1 / 2.2).
  • Experience identifying and fixing accessibility issues such as keyboard navigation, focus handling, and contrast issues.
  • Familiarity with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
