Full-Stack Developer

We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Developer that can provide full-stack solutions across multiple enterprise applications, client platforms, and technology stacks to join our team! Please note that we go to the office 2 days a week and our working hours are in CET (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Malaysia time).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack solutions across multiple enterprise applications, client platforms, and technology stacks.
• Build and support .NET and C# backend services, including REST APIs, service-layer logic, scheduled processes, data access, and integration code.
• Develop and maintain PHP applications and CMS-based solutions, working with both modern frameworks and established or legacy codebases.
• Build responsive React and TypeScript frontend applications, including reusable UI components, state management, form workflows, and API consumption.
• Design, implement, and maintain REST API and third-party integrations with CRM, payment, document, email, analytics, identity, and other enterprise services.
• Use AWS services and cloud-native patterns to deploy, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot applications, integrations, and serverless workloads.
• Work with relational databases and SQL, including schema understanding, querying, data mapping, performance investigation, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve defects across development, staging, and production environments, support incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement secure and reliable fixes.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analysis, implementation, testing, refactoring, and documentation while carefully validating output and protecting confidential data.
• Participate in technical estimation, code reviews, CI/CD, release activities, and sprint-based delivery, while contributing to refactoring and incremental modernization.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional, and client-facing teams using clear written and verbal communication in English.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software development experience in enterprise or business application environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C# on production projects, including backend services and APIs.
• Practical production experience with PHP, using a framework, CMS, or custom application codebase.
• Working experience with AWS services and AWS-hosted applications, with the ability to troubleshoot cloud environments independently.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, backend integrations, and service-to-service communication.
• Practical experience with relational databases and SQL, including querying, data mapping, and ORM or data-access patterns.
• Proficient with Git, pull-request workflows, and CI/CD-based software delivery.
• Proven ability to understand, navigate, and contribute to existing and legacy codebases across different technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants and generative AI tools effectively and responsibly, including reviewing generated code for quality, security, and correctness.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, production support, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a distributed team, with good written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, or ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Experience with PHP frameworks or platforms such as Symfony, Laravel, Drupal, WordPress, or API Platform.
• Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms such as Acquia, Crownpeak, or similar systems. Experience with Docker, container-based workflows, or serverless application development.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudFront, EC2/ECS, RDS, IAM, API Gateway, or CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, SSO, or session-based authentication in web applications.
• Experience integrating with CRM, marketing automation, document, payment, search, or email platforms.
• Experience with automated testing, Playwright, performance testing, structured logging, or application monitoring.
• Experience building AI-enabled features, internal automations, agents, or developer tools using LLM APIs or workflow platforms.
• Experience delivering projects in enterprise, regulated, multi-client, or document-heavy environments
