Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
Monitor production environments using AWS CloudWatch and related monitoring tools.
Software Development
Design and develop robust backend services using Python and C#/.NET.
Build scalable APIs and microservices.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Agentic AI Engineering
Design and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
Build intelligent orchestration layers utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).

Recommend process improvements through automation and AI.
DevOps & Infrastructure
Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Manage deployments using GitHub Actions, YAML workflows, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Ensure application reliability, security, and continuous delivery.
Collaboration
Participate in Agile development processes.
Work closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
6-8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Extensive hands-on experience within the AWS ecosystem.
Strong experience designing and developing cloud-native applications.
Proven experience building production-grade AI applications or Agentic AI solutions.
Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Developer - Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
Experience developing SaaS platforms.
Experience working in startup or high-growth technology companies.
Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure management, or enterprise SaaS is an advantage.
Experience developing AI-powered workflow automation systems.
