Full Stack Developer

We seek an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining features and solutions that enhance and revolutionize existing litigation work by defense attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Architect and Develop: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
• Lead Development: Take ownership of key projects and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize Performance: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure fast, responsive applications.
• Deploy and Manage: Leverage Azure to deploy and monitor applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Maintain Code Quality: Ensure best practices in code review, testing, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).

Required Skills:

• Frontend:

Proficient in React, including hooks, context API, and design frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.

Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and component-driven development.

• Backend:

Extensive experience with .NET (preferably .NET Core) for building APIs and backend services.

Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of distributed computing and scalability of systems.

Proficient in design patterns and best practices (SOLID principles) and the Saga pattern.

Experience with working on lean processing pipelines.

Dapr experience is an advantage.

• Database:

Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB).

Experience with Vector databases is an advantage.

• Cloud:
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Other:
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit) and version control systems (Git).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote rest environment.

Experience:

• Required:

3+ years of experience in full-stack development.

Strong expertise in both React and .NET.

• Preferred:

Experience with Azure cloud services.

Prior experience working in health tech, legal tech, or regulated industries is a plus.
