- Build and ship features end-to-end across the Next.js app, Supabase/Postgres, and our map surfaces
- Work on interactive map features (Mapbox GL JS, vector tiles, PostGIS spatial queries)
- Extend the underwriting tools: financial models, data pipelines, and LLM-based document extraction
- Review and harden existing features and maintain tests
- Strong written and spoken English
- 3+ years of full-stack experience with TypeScript and React in production
- Next.js App Router experience
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL; comfortable writing RPCs, migrations, and RLS policies
- Git with feature branches, merge requests, and code review
- Self-directed
