Full Stack Developer

Project: A Berlin-based fintech startup developing a modular payment operating system for enterprise businesses. The platform enables companies to orchestrate payment flows, manage integrations, automate financial workflows, and optimize payment performance through a unified, scalable infrastructure. Trusted by global brands such as leading retail, mobility, and marketplace companies, the solution helps enterprises simplify complex payment ecosystems, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate expansion across international markets.

Requirements:

• Expertise in modern fullstack development (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar frameworks and languages).
• Experience designing and running A/B tests at scale, including setting up metrics and interpreting results.
• Proven ability to integrate and manage APIs, including working with CMS platforms and third-party tools.
• Strong grasp of analytics, instrumentation, and event tracking (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar).
• Deep understanding of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and optimizing user experience through technical improvements.
• Strong product sense and user empathy - able to translate growth goals into high-impact features without heavy guidance.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to drive measurable outcomes.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize, execute, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Data-driven decision making - comfortable forming hypotheses, testing, and iterating based on results.
• Clear communicator who can articulate trade-offs and align stakeholders on
  technical and product decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of features that drive user acquisition,
  engagement, and retention.
• Architecting and implementing A/B tests to optimize product performance and improve
  conversion rates.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to identify and
  execute high-impact growth initiatives.
• Building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using modern
  fullstack technologies.
• Developing and integrating APIs including CMSs
• Implementing analytics and event-tracking systems to monitor user behavior and
  measure experiment outcomes.
• Enhancing website performance, SEO, and overall user experience through engineering
  improvements.
• Driving technical best practices, improving system architecture, and mentoring junior
  developers.
