Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

• Core Platform Development: Architect, develop, and maintain clean, reliable web applications and enterprise backend platforms primarily using PHP 8+ and Laravel.

• Microservices & RESTful APIs: Build, optimize, and document high-performance, secure RESTful APIs and real-time backend services using Node.js and Laravel.

• Cross-Platform Mobile Integration: Collaborate on or contribute directly to mobile application development and maintenance using the Flutter framework.

• Database & Cache Optimization: Design efficient relational database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and implement Redis for caching and asynchronous queue processing (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB).

• Architecture & Code Governance: Apply clean architecture, Service Repository patterns, and MVC principles; participate in constructive code reviews to elevate team standards.

• Modern AI-Assisted Workflows: Actively leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, code review, debugging, and test generation while upholding solid engineering fundamentals.

• System Stability & Troubleshooting: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot production bugs, ensure system resilience, and support CI/CD deployment routines.

Requirements & Technical Profile

• Commercial Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on commercial web and API development experience delivering real-world production systems.

• Primary PHP & Laravel Proficiency: Strong, practical mastery of PHP 8+ and the Laravel ecosystem (Eloquent ORM, Queues, Middlewares, Event Listeners, Authentication).

• Solid Node.js Capabilities: Proven experience developing backend services, asynchronous handlers, or microservices with Node.js / Express.

• Database Expertise: Proficient in relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL) with deep understanding of indexing, transactions, and query tuning.

• API Standards & Security: Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, JSON contracts, data validation, and authentication standards (JWT, OAuth2).

• Version Control & DevOps Basics: Proficient in Git branching workflows (Gitflow/Feature Branching) and basic familiarity with Linux server environments.
