Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end from designing APIs to shipping polished UI. You'll work closely with our co-founders and AI/ML engineers to build and scale our core products.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend APIs and services (Python/Golang).
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces (React/Next.js ).
• Collaborate with the AI/ML team to integrate intelligent features into product workflows.
• Own features from scoping to deployment.
• Work directly with early customers to understand pain points and iterate fast.
• Contribute to architecture decisions as we scale.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of software development experience.
• Strong backend skills: Python or Golang, REST APIs, SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Solid frontend experience: React or Next.js .
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS) and basic DevOps is a must.
• Experience with document-heavy or enterprise SaaS products is a bonus.
• Pharma/regulatory domain knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
