*Why your work matters*
Our advisors work with clients, yet what they can do depends on what you and your colleagues build. With our own web app, advisors produce data driven energy at higher quality and faster. Without it, we could help fewer clients. Your code directly leads to more sustainability. You will not be building a system in the background. You will be at the foundation of the company.
*What will you be doing?*
As a Full-Stack Developer you will drive innovation within the company. You will maintain, expand and refactor our current setup: a custom-built internal frontend portal with its own API. Your goal is to support our advisors and safeguard the quality of what we deliver.
You will do that by:
* *Helping build the client portal. *A new app where clients log in and view their own advice. This is where we want to hit the accelerator, and we will pull you in from the start.
* *Keeping the calculation models running smoothly. *The energy-saving computations and models are at the heart of our advice.
* *Integrating with external data sources and software systems. *So advisors never have to enter anything twice.
* *Thinking along on AI. *AI is already part of our advice app, our ticketing system and our sales tooling. An advisor always reviews the output; you help raise the bar.

*Who are you?*
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in an ICT related or technical study;
* You have some experience in Python and/or JavaScript and/or React and connecting APIs;
* You have some experience working with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS);
* You have experience with AI agentic & harnesses;
* You are a self-starter, curious, eager to learn, and have a positive mindset;
* You have an affinity with sustainability & energy;
* You like to work with different disciplines together in an office;
* You are available for at least 4 days per week at our office;
* You are a good listener and communicator and not afraid to approach people.
