Long Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Maintain and evolve the Release Dashboard platform built in Python/Flask
• Develop connectors/probes that integrate with various business environments to collect metrics, processed and displayed through the Release Dashboard
• Maintain, evolve, and optimise existing automated data collection and integration batches from payment platforms production systems
• Create and enhance business and platform dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Manage issues and bugs through JIRA ticketing system, conducting thorough investigation and resolution
• Focus on non-functional requirements including code quality, performance optimisation, and refactoring to handle large data volumes efficiently
• Deploy and manage platform infrastructure using shell, puppet, and terraform
• Leverage AI development tools such as Claude Code and Github Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality
• Manage the Release Dashboard as a complete service, ensuring operational excellence including monitoring, service reliability, and proactive maintenance beyond pure development tasks
• Proactively report on project progress, platform status, and immediately escalate any issues or blockers to ensure transparent communication with stakeholders

• Autonomous problem-solver with proven ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and take ownership of platform maintenance and evolution
• Performance-focused developer experienced in handling large-scale data processing, code optimisation, performance monitoring, and refactoring legacy systems
• Excellent communication skills in English with experience using JIRA for issue management and collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• 6-10 years of relevant professional experience
