Full Stack Developer

PT Global Berkat Digital is a digital agency specializing in design and web app development, serving clients primarily in the B2B sector.

We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and results-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing websites and web applications from front-end to back-end, while working closely with our design team to turn UI/UX concepts into functional, responsive, and high-quality digital products.

You will work on diverse projects for different clients and industries, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, and delivering meaningful progress within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain websites and web applications from front-end to back-end.

Accurately translate UI/UX designs into responsive, functional, and high-quality interfaces.

Develop and integrate back-end systems, APIs, databases, and other required functionalities.

Ensure the final product closely follows the approved UI/UX design and project requirements.

Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

Test, debug, optimize, and maintain applications.

Collaborate closely with designers and other team members throughout the development process.

Provide clear and regular progress updates.

Manage tasks effectively and ensure significant progress is delivered according to project targets and deadlines.

Identify and resolve technical issues proactively.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of completed projects demonstrating your capabilities.

Solid experience with back-end technologies and programming languages, such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar.

Experience designing and working with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Firebase.

Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Good understanding of RESTful API design and implementation principles.

Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development and the ability to develop websites and applications end-to-end.

Able to implement UI/UX designs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Target-oriented, disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines.
