Full-Stack Developer

Summary

Full-stack developer building and maintaining web applications with React/TypeScript on the frontend and Go/Python on the backend, including legacy VB.Net/SSRS support, at an automotive company.

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, covering both frontend and backend components. · Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React.
  • Build, manage, and consume efficient REST APIs for seamless integration with internal and external services. · Develop scalable backend services using Go, Python and frontend using Typescript including legacy support using VB.Net.
  • Optimize database performance through complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and schema design. · Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance legacy applications, including reporting solutions built with Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Utilize Git for version control and participate in CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  • Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and software engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug across the stack, including legacy systems and modern microservice environments. · Provide technical support and assist in end-user training when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in both frontend and backend development.
  • Experience with backend development in Go, Python.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with Git version control and Agile/Scrum development methodology.
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for clean code, continuous learning, and delivering quality software.
