Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to develop, maintain, and improve the company’s internal business applications and system integrations.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end application development, covering frontend, backend, database management, deployment, system integration, and technical troubleshooting.

The Full Stack Developer will work closely with the Business Transformation team and business users to translate operational and business requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable digital solutions. The role will also support the company’s digital transformation initiatives, including ERP integration, process automation, and the adoption of relevant AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

Develop backend services and business logic using Golang (Go).

Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and system integration services.

Perform debugging, bug fixing, code optimization, and application maintenance.

Ensure applications are secure, scalable, maintainable, and reliable.

2. Database Management

Design, maintain, and optimize relational databases using SQL.

Develop database structures, queries, relationships, and data models.

Maintain data integrity and application performance.

Support database migration, backup, and recovery processes.

3. Git & Development Workflow

Use Git for source code management, including branching, pull/push, merging, and conflict resolution.

Manage Development, Staging, and Production environments.

Follow software development, version control, and release management best practices.

4. Deployment & Infrastructure

Deploy and maintain applications within company infrastructure, including Synology NAS/server environments.

Apply basic CI/CD and Docker/containerization practices.

Handle application configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup, and recovery.

Manage environment variables, networking, domains, SSL, API configuration, and basic server security.

5. ERP & System Integration

Develop and maintain integrations between internal applications and ERP/business systems such as Odoo, Accurate, or similar platforms.

Handle API integrations, authentication, data synchronization, data mapping, and error handling.

Work with business data including sales, purchasing, inventory, products, customers, finance, and operational data.

Collaborate with internal users and external vendors during system implementation and integration.

6. AI & Automation

Stay updated with developments in AI and modern software development technologies.

Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and code quality.

Explore and implement practical AI and automation use cases for internal business processes.

Evaluate new technologies based on business value, security, maintainability, and feasibility.

7. Technical Support & Documentation

Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and deployment issues.

Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, database structures, and deployment procedures.

Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Technical Requirements

Must Have

Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.

Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

Understanding of authentication, authorization, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Experience with application deployment and production troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of end-to-end frontend, backend, and database architecture.

Preferred / Strong Advantage

Experience with Synology NAS/server environments, Docker, and CI/CD.

Experience integrating ERP or business systems such as Odoo, Accurate, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern deployment environments.

Familiarity with AI coding tools, LLM APIs, workflow automation, or AI-enabled applications.

Experience developing internal systems, dashboards, ERP-related applications, or other business applications.

Qualifications

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or related roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Good communication and technical documentation skills.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Adaptable and willing to continuously learn new technologies.
