Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join PT Mitra Kreasi Natural. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing end-to-end web applications, from front‑end interfaces to back‑end systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable front‑end applications using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Integrate front‑end applications with backend services through RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Design, develop, and maintain server‑side logic using technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or similar.
• Build and manage secure and efficient APIs for system integration.
• Implement authentication and security systems (JWT, OAuth, encryption, and protection against vulnerabilities such as XSS and SQL Injection).
• Design and manage database structures (SQL and NoSQL) including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Optimize database queries and application performance for scalability.
• Manage version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) in a collaborative environment.
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, or similar.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation for automated testing and deployment.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing systems.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system stability.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability and uptime.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).

Proficiency in back‑end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or similar languages.

Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.

Strong knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Familiar with authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.

Understanding of web security best practices.

Experience with Git version control systems.

Familiar with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Heroku, etc.).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Experience in testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PyTest, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
