Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain a production web application used by business operators. The role will handle end-to-end feature development across the database, Python API, and React frontend, while contributing to testing, architecture, deployment, and production support.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both TypeScript and Python codebases and can independently deliver production-ready features.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver end-to-end features covering database schema, APIs, and user interfaces.
Build and maintain React applications using TypeScript, TanStack Query, TanStack Router, Zod, and Tailwind CSS.
Develop asynchronous Python APIs using FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy.
Design relational database schemas and manage Alembic migrations.
Maintain alignment between shared schemas and API contracts across Python and TypeScript codebases.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and code quality.
Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
Investigate application incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes through the release pipeline.
Follow automated quality checks, coding standards, and software development best practices.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience developing and delivering production web applications using TypeScript and React.
3+ years of hands-on experience developing production Python services, preferably using FastAPI or a comparable asynchronous framework.
Strong knowledge of SQL, ORM, and relational database development, including:
Database schema design
Database migrations
Query optimization and performance analysis
Practical experience developing unit and integration tests and determining the appropriate testing approach for different changes.
Experience working in a monorepo or codebase utilizing shared schemas and versioned API contracts.
Strong written English skills for technical documentation, architecture records, and pull request descriptions.
