Salary: 90,000–135,000 PHP / month

Your Role
As a Full Stack Developer (Python), you will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business‑critical web and mobile applications.
- Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
- Integrate applications with enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Work within existing distributed and shared codebases while adhering to development standards and version control practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and development processes.
Required Skills (Non‑negotiables)
- Proven experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Hands‑on experience with Python and the Flask framework.
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.
- Experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing existing production codebases.
- Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing and maintaining PWAs.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integrations.
- Experience using Prisma ORM.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based environments and deployment pipelines.
- Experience in agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, or operations‑driven industries.
- Knowledge of distributed or sharded system architectures.
- Exposure to DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with application performance optimization and scalability initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
