Full Stack Developer - Python/React/Next.js

What you will do:

- Own architecture, APIs and data models for multi-tenant spa catalogues, venue contracts, package pricing, availability, bookings, voucher redemption and supplier settlements.

- Build critical backend and frontend features; lead technical decisions, code reviews, mentoring and delivery planning with Product, QA and stakeholders.

- Design fast search and checkout, flexible payment integrations and venue booking workflows covering live availability, allocations, manual confirmation, amendments and cancellations.

- Establish CI/CD, automated tests, deployment and rollback practices, and strong logs, metrics and distributed tracing.

- Keep PostgreSQL authoritative while using Dragonfly for caching and Elasticsearch for discovery; define reporting-ready data and warehouse integration boundaries.

What you bring:

- Strong production experience with Python APIs, React/Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, with evidence of leading delivery while remaining hands-on.

- Practical experience with relational modelling, transactions, API security, performance tuning, automated testing and cloud deployment.

- Experience with multi-tenant platforms or ecommerce reservations, including capacity holds, payment recovery and coordinated package components such as rooms, treatments and meals.

- Clear communication, sound technical judgement and the ability to explain trade-offs and turn ambiguous requirements into deliverable increments.

Useful additional experience:

- Cloudflare, Dragonfly or Redis-compatible caching, Elasticsearch, OpenTelemetry/APM and Kibana; payment gateways, supplier integrations, data warehousing and Spark. Familiarity with comparable technologies is welcome.
