Full Stack Developer

Salary: RM 3,800 – RM 5,500 per month

Roles Overview:

The Full Stack Developer bridges the gap between frontend and backend development by building end-to-end solutions that deliver seamless functionality and exceptional user experiences.

This role ensures the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic, contributing to the company’s AI-driven software applications across web and mobile platforms.

Reporting Structure

1. This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), ensuring alignment with the company’s technical strategies and goals. The CTO provides guidance on full stack development practices and integration standards to maintain robust and scalable applications.

2. This reporting relationship ensures cohesive development efforts across frontend and backend systems.

• Matrix Reports: Operation Manager

• Direct Collaboration: Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, Mobile Developers, Cloud Architects, Product Teams
  

Job Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Development

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components for web and mobile applications.

• Ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with backend logic.

• Design and implement APIs to support data exchange and system functionality.
  

1. System Design and Optimization

• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to translate wire frames into functional applications.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.

• Implement security measures to protect application data and user information.
  

1. Collaboration and Troubleshooting

• Work closely with product teams to align technical development with business objectives.

• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack to ensure smooth operation.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code bases.
  

1. Research and Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

• Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve application functionality and performance.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.

3. Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

4. Expertise in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java) and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

6. Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Added Advantage:

1. Experience in developing AI-driven or data-intensive applications.

2. Knowledge of ecosystem-specific requirements for Apple, Google, or Huawei platforms.

3. Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
