Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable and modular system designs.
API Development: Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
UI/UX Integration: Translate wireframes and design prototypes into responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like JUnit.
Code Reviews & Mentorship: Participate in peer reviews and support junior developers through technical guidance.
Agile Delivery: Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in Agile environments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
Proficiency in database technologies (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
Preferred Skills
Ability to design UI/UX flows and components in Figma, contributing to both visual and interaction design.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Understanding of security best practices in software development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
