Full Stack Developer (React.js & Node.js)

We have an urgent requirement for a Full Stack Developer (React.js Node.js) with 5+ years of experience for our client Mindstix Software Labs Ltd.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using React.js and Node.js
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and microservices architecture
• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and modern UI frameworks
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Create reusable frontend components and backend modules
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Work on cloud-native application development and deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Optimize applications for scalability, security, performance, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug applications across frontend, backend, and cloud environments
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and agile activities
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Security teams for smooth deployments and secure coding practices
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automation, and engineering best practices

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js
• Extensive backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
• Experience designing and developing scalable REST APIs and microservices
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js, Redux, Hooks, and component-based architecture
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, and modern frontend tooling
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms, API security, and secure coding practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Experience with Docker, containerization, and cloud deployments is an added advantage
