JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Technical Skill Set: Experienced Full‑Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js, Python and modern cloud‑native application development. The ideal candidate can design scalable architectures, developing high‑performance APIs, building intuitive user interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end application features

Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Typescript.
• Good backend development experience with Python or NodeJS.
• Hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems, notably Git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of scrum process
• Familiarity with tools used in Agile and Scrum (JIRA).

Good to Have Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing skills.

Responsibilities or Expectations from the Role:

• Frontend Development: Develop user-facing web applications using technologies like HTML, CSS, Typescript and JavaScript and frameworks like React.js.
• Backend Development: Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Work with relational and non‑relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
• API Development and Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between different parts of the application.
• Version Control and Collaboration: Use Git, SVN and other version control systems to track code changes and collaborate with other team developers.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs in the application, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to improve development practices continuously.
