Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and related libraries.
• Build and optimize server-side applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and implement database schemas and manage data persistence using databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality, user-friendly features.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Implement automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure application quality and stability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive technical decision-making.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid experience in backend development with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Experience with modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress) is a plus.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
