Full Stack Developer (React/PHP) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll develop a modern, component-based frontend for a monolithic, multi-tenant platform serving tens of white-labeled bank instances. Since the platform is monolithic, you'll write PHP/Laravel endpoints and fix existing codebase bugs whenever frontend work calls for it. This is your opportunity to write production code across the stack, modernizing legacy server-rendered UI into reusable React components while keeping dozens of white-labeled tenants visually consistent.

What You'll Do:

- Develop React components and views from existing PHP-rendered pages.
- Write PHP/Laravel endpoints and fix codebase bugs as frontend work requires.
- Integrate with backend APIs to power frontend functionality.
- Maintain UI/UX consistency across multiple white-labeled tenant instances.
- Support frontend considerations in an ongoing ORM migration.
- Participate in code review, sprint planning, and daily syncs.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills, including state management with Context, Redux, or similar.
- Hands-on coding experience with PHP/Laravel, not read-only.
- Experience with Tailwind.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and understanding backend contract design.
- Background with relational databases and data modeling.
- Experience with incremental modernization of legacy server-rendered UI.
- Comfort with Git-based workflows, including branching, PRs, and code review.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
