Full-Stack Developer (React/TypeScript + Node.js/Next.js.)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong ownership and hands-on experience delivering end-to-end solutions in modern web applications.

This role is for a developer who can analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and implement them using best practices in a collaborative Agile environment.

Experience with AI-assisted development and cloud platforms is expected. Healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features.
- Build frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Develop backend services using Node.js and Next.js.
- Design clean, scalable APIs and data flows.
- Apply best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability.

Architecture & Best Practices
- Analyze requirements and propose solid technical solutions.
- Follow clean architecture and modern software design principles.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security considerations.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Cloud & Delivery
- Develop and operate applications on Azure Cloud.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Ensure observability, reliability, and secure configuration.

AI-Assisted Development
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Apply AI responsibly, validating outputs and maintaining standards.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve development workflows.

Collaboration & Agile
- Work within Scrum / Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product owners.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
- Contribute to a collaborative and learning-oriented team culture.

Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Solid knowledge of React, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Experience working with Azure Cloud.
- Understanding of software architecture and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to deliver features with low ramp-up time.
