Full Stack Developer (ReactJS | Spring Boot | AWS)
Summary
The Full Stack Developer will design and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Vite, and Spring Boot. The role involves building microservices, managing containerization with Docker, and deploying on AWS.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and enhance modern, scalable applications across both frontend and backend technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, containerisation, and AWS services. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of assigned deliverables.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Vite, Spring Boot, JPA, and SQL. Build responsive and user-friendly frontend components. Develop secure and reliable backend services and REST APIs. Design and implement microservices-based applications. Integrate applications with internal systems, databases, and third-party services. Containerise and deploy applications using Docker. Work with AWS services, particularly Amazon S3 and Amazon SQS. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Develop unit tests and use API mocking techniques to ensure application quality. Use Git for version control and Gradle for build and dependency management. Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and iterative delivery cycles. Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders. Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to continuous improvements in performance, security, and reliability. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver agreed outcomes within project timelines.
Required Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Vite, Spring Boot, JPA, SQL, and REST APIs. Experience developing microservices-based applications. Experience with Docker and application containerisation. Practical experience with AWS cloud services, particularly S3 and SQS. Experience using Git and Gradle. Experience with unit testing and API mocking. Good understanding of modern software development principles and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. An iterative delivery mindset and openness to constructive code reviews and feedback.
Advantageous Skills Knowledge or experience in BPMN workflow implementation. Understanding of role-based access control and application security. Exposure to AI agents, generative AI, or AI-enabled application development. Experience working in Agile or iterative software delivery environments.
