About the role
Regal Realms is a growing UK property and short-term rental business seeking an experienced full-stack developer in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to take ownership of an existing business dashboard.
Some of the dashboard has already been built. Your initial responsibility will be to understand the existing work, establish what is working, complete unfinished features, and make the platform reliable and easy for the team to use.
The dashboard covers business operations, tasks, property information, reporting, and finance-related workflows. An upcoming feature will track payments from booking platforms, identify missing payments or unexplained deductions, and provide a clear follow-up process.
Responsibilities
- Review and take ownership of an existing web application.
- Complete and improve dashboard features and user workflows.
- Connect business tools, APIs, and data sources.
- Build practical automations that reduce manual administration.
- Add clear payment tracking and reconciliation workflows.
Job Specification
- Strong practical experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL, including database design, authentication, and role-based permissions.
- Node.js experience integrating APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and third-party systems.
- Vercel or comparable deployment and production-support experience.
- Evidence of taking over, completing, or repairing an existing production application.
- Testing, debugging, documentation, and clear communication.
- Experience with internal dashboards, reconciliation, financial workflows, property technology, or booking platforms is helpful.
