Full-Stack Developer (Senior - Lead)

We are looking for an experienced Senior–Lead Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building products from the ground up.

In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and product owners to turn business ideas and strategic direction into real, scalable digital products. You will be involved not only in coding, but also in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, making technical decisions, and driving delivery from end to end.

What You’ll Do

Product & Solution Development

• Translate business concepts and strategic direction into practical technical solutions

• Work closely with Product/Business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design systems that meet business needs

• Develop and maintain Web Applications using modern frontend and backend technologies

• Make architectural and technical decisions with scalability, performance, security and maintainability in mind

• Own technical delivery from solution design through development, testing and production

Full-Stack Engineering

• Build scalable and maintainable frontend applications using React, Vue.js or Angular

• Design and develop robust RESTful APIs, backend services and integrations

• Design and optimize databases, data structures and queries

• Implement authentication, authorization, data protection and secure coding practices

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve system performance and reliability

AI & Engineering Productivity

• Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency, troubleshoot problems, explore solutions and enhance code quality

• Evaluate and adopt modern development tools, frameworks and technologies where they provide meaningful business value

• Promote effective engineering practices and continuous improvement

Technical Leadership

• Take ownership of technical direction and key architectural decisions

• Establish coding standards, development practices and code review guidelines

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers

• Identify technical risks, technical debt and opportunities for improvement

• Act as the key technical escalation point for complex issues and production incidents

Team Leadership & Growth

• Lead and coordinate a small team

• Plan, prioritize and distribute development tasks within the team

• Mentor and support junior/mid-level developers

• Drive collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous team improvement

• Potential to build and grow a larger development team as the product and business expand

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Leaders, Product/Business Stakeholders, UX/UI and Infrastructure teams

• Communicate technical solutions, trade-offs, risks and timelines clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Contribute to product planning, technical roadmap and delivery decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent experience

• 5–7 years of professional Full-Stack Development experience

• Strong hands-on experience developing Web Applications with modern frameworks

• Strong frontend skills with React, Vue.js or Angular

• Strong backend development experience with technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, Go or C#

• Solid experience in Database Design, SQL and API Development

• Experience making System Architecture / Technical Design decisions

• Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating a small development team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with business-driven requirements and ambiguous problems

• Willingness and ability to use AI tools as part of the software development process

• Strong ownership, communication and collaboration skills
