We are seeking an adaptable, intellectually curious Software Engineer to help build, scale, and refine our online platform ecosystem. In this role, you will work across the stack to design, deploy, and optimize web applications and data systems. Key responsibilities
Architect, develop, and implement scalable online platforms and web applications.
Design, query, and optimize relational SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
Deploy, maintain, and monitor cloud-based environments and serverless/hosted services.
Identify operational bottlenecks, refactor legacy logic, and integrate third-party APIs/webhooks into the platform workflow.
Conduct continuous testing, validation, and debugging across the application lifecycle to maintain high technical standards.
About you
Hands-on experience deploying and managing web applications on major cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Solid proficiency in SQL schema design, query optimization, and database administration.
Working knowledge of modern web technologies, backend frameworks, and RESTful API integrations.
Critical thinking and analytical rigor to evaluate why a solution is optimal and anticipate edge cases before they arise.
Experimental and scientific mindset to approach development as an iterative process—hypothesis, build, test, measure, and refine.
Strong self-direction and ownership to take vague business objectives and translate them into concrete technical solutions without needing micro-management.
