Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Develop both Front-end and Back-end systems with proficiency in .NET C#, PHP, Angular, and Node.js.
Modern Architecture: Design and develop software based on Microservices and Containerized architectures to support new projects, deployable on both Cloud and On-Premises environments.
Database Management: Proficient in managing databases including MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle, with expertise in PL/SQL.
Version Control: Experience using Version Control systems such as Git and SVN.
Industry Experience: Background in Call Center, CRM, or Knowledge Base (KB) systems is a plus (Advantage).
AI Integration: Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
Mindset: Passionate about emerging technologies with a strong sense of initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Strong SQL (querying & troubleshooting data).
Basic OS & Networking (Linux commands, TCP/IP, APIs).
Basic Programming (ability to read code for bug analysis).
Soft Skills: Service mindset, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills.
Languages: Functional English (reading docs, written/verbal communication).
