Full Stack Developer / Social Media Specialist

Collabtech Group is seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as Social Media Specialist & Full Stack Web Development Engineer and take our online presence to new heights!This hybrid role combines expertise in digital marketing, social media management, website development, and web application support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening our digital presence through strategic social media initiatives while simultaneously developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web-based solutions. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity and expand audience reach.
• Manage company presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with company goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to innovate and stay ahead in the digital space.
• Manage interactions with followers and foster community engagement.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

• Create engaging and creative content tailored to different platforms, including posts, videos, and graphics.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns and increase engagement.
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Website Development & Management

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Build and manage websites using platforms such as Squarespace, or other similar CMS solutions.
• Develop custom front-end and back-end functionality as business requirements dictate.
• Ensure website performance, responsiveness, security and scalability.
• Manage website hosting, deployments, and domain configurations.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or any related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media campaigns, collaborating with teams, and analyzing metrics to optimize strategies.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full stack web development.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing successful campaigns.
• Preferably with experience building websites using Squarespace.
• Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho is a plus.
• Knowledge in AI Technologies such as Claude , ChatGPT , Base44, Zapier .
• Strong understanding of general IT services (preferred).
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Creative mindset and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Technical Skills

Front-End Development

• React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks
• Responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Knowledge in Design Tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, etc.

Back-End Development

• Node.js, PHP, Python, .NET, or similar technologies
• RESTful API development and integration

Database Technologies

• AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Website hosting and deployment management (GoDaddy preferred)

• Bonus & Commission Structure based on revenue performance
