About the Role

We are continuously seeking talented Full Stack Developers to join our growing team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This is a perpetually open role as we build a strong pipeline of developers to support our expanding portfolio of international clients.

The ideal candidate is a versatile developer with strong experience in Squarespace development, capable of building, customizing, and maintaining modern web applications. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel is highly valued as we continue to expand our automation and growth capabilities.

This role is onsite and operates on a graveyard shift to collaborate with teams and clients in the United States.

We welcome experienced local developers as well as expats residing in the Philippines who are fluent in English and comfortable working in a collaborative international environment.

Squarespace Development

Design, develop, and customize Squarespace websites based on client requirements.

Build custom templates, blocks, and modules using the Squarespace Developer Platform.

Integrate third-party tools and services with Squarespace websites.

Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and speed.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on existing sites.

Maintain and update current Squarespace websites.

Full Stack Development

Develop and maintain modern web applications across the full technology stack.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Design and manage databases and data structures.

Ensure applications meet standards for security, performance, and scalability.

Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX requirements.

Conduct code reviews and contribute to development best practices.

Debug and troubleshoot issues across frontend and backend systems.

Marketing Automation (Preferred)

Build and configure GoHighLevel workflows, funnels, and automation sequences.

Integrate GoHighLevel with external systems via APIs and webhooks.

Implement automated marketing campaigns and lead workflows.

Optimize automation pipelines for efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Proven experience developing and customizing Squarespace websites
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with the Squarespace Developer Platform
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar)
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Proficiency with Git version control systems
• Understanding of RESTful API development and integrations
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel automation
• Advanced experience with Squarespace template development
• Experience integrating e-commerce platforms and payment gateways
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience working with headless CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Portfolio demonstrating Squarespace and custom web development projects
