Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Developer with 3–5 years of experience in React.js, Next.js, and Python Django. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance web applications and scalable backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

- Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python Django.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Debug and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
- Proficient in Python Django for building backend APIs and web applications.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding of GraphQL and WebSockets.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
