Full-Stack Developer

If you're a full-stack developer who already builds with AI agents every day — not autocomplete, actual agentic workflows — and you want to be the person who takes an entire agency AI-native, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Stryker Digital is one of the fastest-growing home service marketing agencies in the world, scaling from $0 to a $15M/year run rate in under five years. We're looking to triple the business, and we're hiring a Full-Stack Developer to build the client portal and the AI systems that run fulfillment.

We're looking for a developer who has personally owned a production web app — deploys, live debugging, security basics — and who builds with AI agents daily. The right person will ship end to end in TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL, own the integrations that power lead tracking and attribution, and document their work as they go. This role reports directly to the Director of Automations/AI.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship features in the client portal (Next.js App Router, TypeScript, PostgreSQL) — lead tracking, call attribution, and client reporting that our team and clients use every day.

  • Take Stryker AI-native: build the software factories, data factories, second brains, and agents that run fulfillment, so agents handle the boilerplate and the team does the high-leverage work.

  • Own integrations end to end — Google Ads, Twilio, Zapier, and our public API — including the edge cases, retries, and failure modes.

  • Own production: deploys, schema migrations, monitoring, and incident write-ups.

  • Design the schema, build the UI, and take it to production yourself — small, verified changes over big rewrites.

  • Document as you go: change logs, handoffs, and incident reports that let the next person pick it up without a meeting.

  • Work self-directed in a remote, async environment, communicating progress and blockers before they become surprises.

Results

  • Features shipped end to end — schema to UI to production — on a consistent, predictable cadence.

  • Lead tracking and call attribution that the team trusts enough to make ad-spend decisions on.

  • Integrations and production systems that stay up, with clean incident write-ups when they don't.

  • Agent systems and internal tooling that measurably remove manual work from fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Strong TypeScript and React (Next.js App Router).

  • Solid SQL and PostgreSQL, including schema migrations.

  • Has owned a production web app: deploys, live debugging, and security basics.

  • Very comfortable with AI and agentic development — builds and ships with agents daily, not just autocomplete.

  • Documents as they go: change logs, handoffs, and incident reports.

  • Bias to ship: small, verified changes over big rewrites.

  • Self-directed in a remote, async environment.

Our Core Values

Competitive Greatness

We show up strongest when it matters most. We don't avoid hard things, we go straight at them. We do the hard stuff first: hard conversations, hard decisions, and uncomfortable work we've been putting off. We build confidence through action, not talk.

Sincere Candor

We believe feedback is a requirement to get better, not a personal attack. Candor is expected from day one, at every level, in every direction. We tell the truth, especially when it's uncomfortable.

Unimpeachable Character

We do the right thing when no one's watching. No shortcuts, no lies, no excuses. We take ownership, step in, and solve problems without finger-pointing.
