We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications supporting business operations. The role involves frontend and backend development, API integrations, data migration, and application modernization while working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications aligned with business requirements. Translate functional requirements into practical technical solutions. Build workflows, forms, and integrations to improve business processes. Develop and integrate backend services and APIs. Perform testing, debugging, and ongoing application support. Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability. Support enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects. Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices. Take ownership of assigned modules and contribute to end-to-end delivery. Design and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Analyse legacy data structures and map them to target data models. Develop and optimise data migration scripts and pipelines. Validate migrated data through reconciliation, testing, and quality checks. Support cutover planning and execution. Required Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Java-based development environments and frameworks. Knowledge of SQL and Sybase databases. Exposure to API development and system integrations. Experience with data migration activities and tools. Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Exposure to system migration or modernization initiatives. Experience with enterprise-scale applications or public sector projects is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile development and collaborative delivery environments. Preferred Skills
Mobile application development experience on iOS and Android. Experience in application modernization and large-scale system migration.
