Summary
Builds a new in-house KYC and regulatory platform using Java/Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
A leading global financial institution is building a next-generation in-house platform to streamline KYC processes and regulatory workflows. This is a greenfield project using modern technologies, offering real ownership and impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
- Design relational data models and optimize SQL queries.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps practices.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure security, reliability, and compliance across the platform.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
- Hands‑on with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD).
- Bonus: TypeScript, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana), cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP), workflow engines (Flowable/Camunda), and financial services domain knowledge.
