Full Stack Developer

Location: London - King's Cross (Fully Onsite)

Salary: Up to £45,000

Tenth Revolution Group is working with an exciting and growing technology business in London to recruit a Full Stack Developer to join their development team.

This is a mid-level opportunity for a developer who wants to work in a fast-moving, hands-on environment where you can have a genuine impact on the product and aren't afraid to get stuck in.

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work across the full development lifecycle, helping to build and enhance the company's core technology platform.

You'll be involved in:

• Developing new features and functionality across the platform.
• Working across both frontend and backend development.
• Taking ownership of features from initial development through to delivery.
• Working closely with the development team to build new functionality.
• Supporting and collaborating with offshore development teams where required.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Contributing ideas around architecture, development practices and product improvements.
• Working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Getting involved across different areas of the product rather than being restricted to one narrow area.

Technology

The core technology stack includes:

• Next.js
• Node.js
• React

You don't need to have every technology listed, but you should have strong full-stack development experience and be comfortable picking up new technologies where required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with around 3 years' commercial full-stack development experience who is confident working across both frontend and backend technologies.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong experience with Next.js and Node.js.
• Experience building and delivering production-quality web applications.
• A good understanding of modern software development practices.
• Experience working across both frontend and backend development.
• A proactive approach to solving problems.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate closely with other developers.

Experience with AWS would be beneficial, as would exposure to Cursor or other AI-assisted development tools, but neither is essential.
