Office-based full stack developer in North Jakarta building end-to-end features — CRUD, approval workflows, dashboards, and API integrations — using React/Next.js on the frontend, a Go/Laravel/Node.js backend, and PostgreSQL/MySQL, with Git-based workflows and technical documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop end to end features spanning from the database and backend APIs to the frontend user interface
- Review, understand, and build upon the existing codebase
- Build and maintain CRUD functionalities, approval workflows, dashboards, forms, and API integrations
- Perform basic debugging and testing procedures prior to feature handove
- Utilize Git for version control, including managing branches and submitting pull requests according to team guidelines
- Create concise technical documentation for all newly developed features and tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience especially in Tech Companies.
- Proficient in React or Next.js for frontend development
- Proficient in at least one backend technology, such as Go, Laravel, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks
- Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Clear understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Comfortable and experienced in utilizing Git
- Ability to work effectively based on defined tasks, requirements, and deadlines
- Communicative and capable of adhering to established codebase standards
Preferred Skills
- Has prior experience develop or maintain ERP System
- Previous experience with Docker
- Experience deploying applications to a VPS or cloud servers
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, React Query, Zustand, or shadcn/ui
- Past experience developing approval systems, inventory management, purchasing modules, HRIS, or interactive dashboards
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, or OpenRouter to optimize workflow efficiency

Placement: North Jakarta (Head Office)
Work System: Office-based working arrangement, Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.30.
