Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Togetech is looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer to join its team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in developing secure and scalable systems using Java, Python 3, SQL, and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS. The Developer is responsible for building, testing, and deploying applications, integrating front-end and back-end components, and working within Linux-based environments. Familiarity with Git, Maven is required. Experience with AWS is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are also essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and maintain systems and applications

• Create scripts and SQL Queries to generate reports.

• Configure, build, and test the application’s technical components

• Work with other developers, functional team, and technical team to ensure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements

• Follow good security coding practices to ensure the application is free of coding vulnerabilities

• Participate in code reviews and quality reviews to ensure traceability of the designs to the requirements

• Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing

Requirements

1. Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)

2. Possesses a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines

3. Must be skilled in developing front-end applications

4. Skilled in integration of front-end applications to backend applications regardless of technology

5. Experienced in analytics and data analysis

6. Knowledge and experience working in the following:

• Developing application using Java 7+, Python 3, SQL languages, and Angular JS or other JavaScript Frameworks for web applications.

• Maven to build and manage Project and Dependencies

• Git to manage snapshots, versions and changes.

• Developing REST/SOAP services and integration with other systems.

• Designing and implementing database schemas

• Frameworks like JPA and Hibernate

• Building applications from ground up

• Deployment containers like Tomcat, JBoss, etc.

• Deploying and managing applications in server systems in Linux based environments

• AWS is a plus
