Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Web Developer / Software Developer who can handle both no-code and coded website design/development, along with software development work. This role supports multiple clients with varying technical needs, spanning WordPress-based site builds and full-stack application development, and covers the full lifecycle from design mockup → build → test → launch → maintain.

Responsibilities

Web Development & Design

• Design and build responsive websites using no-code and coded approaches
• Create and customize WordPress themes and page layouts
• Develop landing pages, microsites, and marketing pages
• Implement UI/UX best practices for conversion and usability
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing websites
• Optimize site speed, SEO structure, and mobile responsiveness
• May also handle basic content updates, SEO tagging, and light copywriting for web pages

Software Development

• Develop and maintain web applications and software features
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Design and manage database schemas
• Implement front-end interfaces with modern frameworks
• Collaborate on UI/UX implementation for product features
• Debug, test, and deploy code in staging/production environments
• Write clean, maintainable, and documented code

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in web development (both no-code and coded)
• Strong UI/UX sensibility; able to translate designs into functional interfaces
• Proficient in WordPress + Elementor AND at least one programming framework (.NET preferred)
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Portfolio showcasing both design-forward websites and functional web applications
• Self-starter who can manage tasks across multiple projects/clients simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow, Wix, or other no-code builders
• Familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce
• Knowledge of PHP (for deeper WordPress customization)
• Experience with Agile workflows and project management tools (ClickUp)
• Basic graphic design skills
