Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and business systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively work across both frontend and backend systems to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role requires collaboration with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure applications meet business requirements, security standards, and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and internal business systems
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database integrations
• Implement new features, enhancements, and system improvements
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution planning
• Provide recommendations for scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures
• Review business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to system documentation, technical specifications, and design documents

Quality & Testing

• Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and improve software quality
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and reliability requirements
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support deployment activities and collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementations
• Assist in production support and continuous improvement initiatives
• Research emerging technologies and development best practices
• Recommend improvements to existing systems, workflows, and development processes
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring within the development team

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered

Experience

• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience developing and supporting production web applications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Technical Skills

Frontend

• React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar modern frameworks
• Responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Node.js, PHP, C#, Java, Python, or similar backend technologies
• Authentication and authorization concepts

Databases

• MySQL
• SQL Server
• MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

DevOps & Tools

• Docker (preferred)
• Jira or equivalent project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
• Familiarity with security best practices and secure coding standards
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise systems
