ร่วมสร้างและพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มเรียนภาษาอังกฤษผ่านวิดีโอรูปแบบใหม่ ที่ผสานแนวคิด Gamification (ระบบสะสมแต้ม, เลเวล, เควสต์, และกระดานผู้นำ) เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่สนุก น่าติดตาม และมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)

1. พัฒนาและดูแลระบบ Web Application ด้วย React.js / Next.js ร่วมกับทีมที่ออฟฟิศ

2. ออกแบบและเชื่อมต่อ REST API หรือ Backend Services ด้วย Node.js และจัดการฐานข้อมูล (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

3. เชื่อมต่อและบริหารจัดการระบบ Video Streaming (เช่น Cloudflare Stream, AWS หรือ Mux) ให้สามารถเล่นคลิปได้อย่างเสถียรและลื่นไหล

4. พัฒนากลไก Gamification ต่างๆ เช่น ระบบคำนวณ EXP, Daily Streak, เควสต์ประจำวัน และ Interactive Pop-up Quiz ระหว่างการดูวิดีโอ

5. ร่วมวางแผน ออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมระบบ และแก้ปัญหาทางเทคนิคร่วมกับทีมอย่างใกล้ชิด

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (Requirements)

• ประสบการณ์พัฒนา Web Application 2–3 ปีขึ้นไป (Mid-level)

• เชี่ยวชาญ JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js และ Next.js

• มีทักษะการพัฒนา Backend ด้วย Node.js (Express, NestJS หรือใกล้เคียง)

• เข้าใจการออกแบบและใช้งานฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

• มีความคุ้นเคยกับการใช้ Git, Docker และการ Deploy ขึ้น Cloud/Platform ต่างๆ (เช่น Vercel, AWS หรือ Cloudflare)

• ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในเกณฑ์ดี (สื่อสารและเข้าใจบริบทเนื้อหาการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี)

• สามารถปฏิบัติงาน On-site 100% ได้ตามวันและเวลาที่กำหนด

• มีความรับผิดชอบ มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับทีมที่ดี สามารถรับมือกับโจทย์งานที่มีการปรับเปลี่ยนได้
  

ข้อได้เปรียบพิเศษ (Nice-to-have)

• เคยมีประสบการณ์ทำระบบ E-learning, ระบบวิดีโอสตรีมมิ่ง หรือระบบ Gamification มาก่อน

• สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ AI Tools (เช่น Claude Code, GitHub Copilot หรือ AI CLI ต่างๆ) เพื่อเพิ่มความรวดเร็วในการพัฒนา

รูปแบบการทำงานและค่าตอบแทน

• เริ่มต้น 25,000 บาท/เดือนขึ้นไป (ปรับเพิ่มได้ตามประสบการณ์และผลงาน)

• รูปแบบงาน: งานประจำเต็มเวลา (จันทร์ – ศุกร์ 09:00 – 17:00 น.)

• สถานที่ทำงาน: ออฟฟิศหลัง มช. ซอยวัดอุโมงค์ เชียงใหม่

About the role

This role involves collaborating on building and developing an English language learning platform through video in a new format that integrates Gamification concepts (point accumulation system, levels, quests, and leaderboards) to create an engaging, compelling, and highly effective learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Web Application systems using React.js / Next.js, working with the team at the office

• Design and connect REST API or Backend Services using Node.js and manage databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

• Connect and manage Video Streaming systems (such as Cloudflare Stream, AWS or Mux) to ensure stable and smooth video playback

• Develop Gamification mechanics such as EXP calculation systems, Daily Streak, daily quests, and Interactive Pop-up Quiz during video viewing

• Collaborate on planning, designing system architecture, and solving technical problems closely with the team

About you

• 2–3 years or more of Web Application development experience (Mid-level)

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js and Next.js

• Backend development skills using Node.js (Express, NestJS or similar)

• Understanding of relational database design and usage (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

• Familiarity with Git, Docker and deployment to various Cloud/Platforms (such as Vercel, AWS or Cloudflare)

• Good English language skills (able to communicate and understand English learning content well)

• Able to work on-site 100% according to specified days and times

• Responsible with good communication and teamwork skills, able to handle work tasks with changing requirements
