Full-Stack Developer

As a Software Fullstack Developer, you will support the design and implementation of new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes. A Software FullStack Engineer develops high-quality software, identifies and executes tasks in the software development life cycle, reviews and debugs code, collaborates with internal teams, and ensures software is up to date with the latest technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Writing advanced programming code.

• Adopting a Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approach, ensuring that code implementation strictly aligns with predefined specifications.

• Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automate tasks, and improve overall code quality.

• Reviewing updated software systems.

• Meeting with development managers to discuss software projects.

• Managing project timelines and tasks.

• Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications.

• Testing and deploying programs and systems.

• Fixing and improving existing software

• Working with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.

• Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience.

• Solid experience in both.NET/C# and Angular/TypeScript. .NET CORE is a plus.

• Experience building a single-page application built using Angular - preferably Angular v.13

• Extensive experience working with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Solid understanding of Web API and HTTP protocols, AJAX, and API REST.

• General understanding of MVC, MVVM, JSON, and data binding.

• Proven experience with Spec-Driven Development or API-first methodologies.

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Antigravity) and prompt engineering for software development.

• Good problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking.

• Consistently proactive Teamwork.

• Good level of both English and Spanish.

• Fluence SQL.

• Experience with Git.

• Experience using Jira/Confluence as the main tool.

• ElectronJS experience is a plus.

• Ionic and Material frameworks are a plus.

• Experience using Continuous Integration / Delivery using Jenkins or Bamboo.

• Linux Experience is a plus.
