Full Stack Developer with DevOps

We are looking for an experienced decentral developer joining us in driving the future of Corporate Actions & Income Processing (CAIP).
In your role you will be working together with developers in Poland as well as Switzerland in an agile pod to design, build and deploy the target state of CAIP interfacing with a variety of up- and downstream applications and technologies.
Responsibilities:
You'll be working in the Processing Strategic pod of the Managing Corporate Actions crew which is driving the strategic roadmap of CAIP.
Your expertise
You are a flexible team player with good communications skills and are fluent in English.
You have strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge of different technologies which help you voice your opinion and reason of what framework / tool / technology is best suited for a particular task. You are motivated to design and build new software and ensure high quality and standards.
Mandatory Skills Description
• Ideally 10-12+ years of experience working in Backend Development and Microservices using Java Spring Boot, J2EE, REST for implementing projects with high SLA of data availability and data quality within the finance sector
• Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
• Fluent in Java, experienced in spring boot, developing microservices and cloud development, Azure experience is preferred
• Knowledge in API design, implementation, and system integration using REST APIs and messaging technologies such as Kafka
• Hands-on knowledge in designing, developing, and delivering large, scalable systems
• Experienced in Full stack Java development, Java/J2EE, React JS, Kafka, REST APIs, microservices, and event driven architecture
• Having Prior experience in Development in a Product Company making applications for supporting Complex Financial Use Cases will be preferable.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitLab Copilot, IDE-based copilots)
• Familiarity with using generative AI for code suggestions, unit test creation, debugging, and documentation
• Eagerness to adopt AI tools to improve development efficiency and learning
